The paps get out of hand while Jay-Z and Beyonce vacation.





Jay-Z's bodyguard decided to throw a camera tripod into the ocean last night -- after a paparazzo threw it at him -- and the whole incident was caught on tape.

It all went down in Croatia after Jay and Beyonce finished a romantic dinner by the sea. A scuffle between the hired muscle and the paps ensued -- and spilled over onto the pier -- culminating in water-logged tripod and a couple of middle fingers, courtesy of Jay and his protector.

Jay-Z's bodyguard has been charged with a crime for last night's tripod-tossing fight with a local TV reporter in Croatia.

TMZ reports that Jay's bodyguard has been charged with destroying personal property and assault -- based on a complaint filed by the reporter who got into a scuffle with Jay and Beyonce's entourage late last night.

Police say they are trying to track down the bodyguard so they can talk to him -- the investigation is ongoing.
