An 83-year old man is suing R&B singer Brandy and the woman that died as a result of the fatal 2006 accident. Although Brandy was not charged with a crime in the case, Donald Lite is filing suit against the singer for causing the accident and against the deceased woman, Awatef Aboudihaj, for contributing (allegedly) to the collision. Lite is seeking settlement for "serious and permanent injuries."

I don't know how to feel about this but I know it has been 2 years.
I love Brandy! I am praying for her and her family and all of those involved in this horrible crash! Brandy's album is AMAZING!
